Great cloud based, visitor tracking application. From the app on the iPad, to the web interface for administration, this is a one stop solution for managing visitor sign-ins. I really like the NDA feature with signature. Also, the notification is near instant, very important for high-risk locations. Pricing is competitive but a little high for full features enabled.

Our organization was looking for a practical and easy to manage visitor management solution and I believe we found that in LobbyTrack. The support was there from the start to help us implement the software. There are apps for different user roles on different platforms which is great. So whether you're on an iPad, phone or desktop, you have access to the features you need.
Once I connected the badge label printer to our network, it was really easy to setup printing from the app. The user interface is very intuitive and there is no feature that I can think of that is not present in the version I am using. From an administrative perspective, I found I was able to setup my school without documentation or guides, it is that intuitive.
Relative to the competitive products, LobbyTrack is competitively priced and I feel this will be the solution for us for the long-term.

Lobbytrack offers a plethora of features and functions that are easily enabled/disabled according to whatever your needs may be. The software can be streamlined to form the most basic sign-in process or beefed up for extra security measures.

Using Lobbytrack has been helpful in improving our company’s visitor management. The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done, although the interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information, but it would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician. Overall, Lobbytrack has been well received by our staff and our guests!

We evaluated several visitor management solutions/apps and Lobbytrack stood apart from much of the competition. It was easy to implement, configure, and start using. The sales team was very thorough and helpful in answering questions I had. Overall great experience!

I also love that Lobbytrack integrates with our access control system for real time provisioning and deprovisioning of access cards. You can literally activate access cards for guests on arrival within seconds. Then, upon sign-out and/or after a designated period of time elapses, the access card can be shut off automatically. This really helps us from a security standpoint. Enabling the integration with our access control system was seamless easy.
