EspoCRM is a really easy-to-implement platform. The user interface is clean and fast and it's easy to get started without much training. The system offers great marketing and project management tools. You can use email templates to personalize campaigns, organize and plan projects tasks, track deadlines and monitor progress. I also appreciate that the CRM is customizable, we created custom entities and fields without writing a line of code. For more advanced users, the platform is developer-friendly, so you can build extensions or modify backend logic. It also runs well on small servers, which keeps hosting costs low.
