What I liked best


CRMs are hard. If you don't use them, they don't help you follow up your leads better and sell more. I've tried just about everything: Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ... Salesflare is the first one that actually stuck with me. It stays up to date without me having to do anything. Data input is just so easy. And it actively helps me follow up with automated reminders (they call it "suggested tasks").


What I disliked


I was looking for a LinkedIn integration as I use that a lot (the personal version, not Sales Navigator or so), but I understand LinkedIn/Microsoft does not allow it. Hope that changes at some point though.


Why I chose Salesflare


It's all about following up leads for me. I was able to have less deals slip through the cracks with Salesflare. Think I'm earning a few 100k more now per year, but I haven't done the exact calculation.
