Flexible and affordable software

Very flexible, reliable and affordable call-centre software which fit our needs very well.

There are lots of settings and scenarios available by default and can be even customisable if needed. Apparently this is the best solution comparing to competitors (like aircall), which also the cheapest one.

The only issues we had:

  • awful phone app on iOS, Android - impossible to use
  • sometimes the voice quality can be poor, but it happened only 2-3 times during the pas 2 months

Easy to use, affordable call center software option

We needed a call center type functionality for our app, and I had researched various options for over the course of a few weeks. I was leaning towards the more known services that come up first in your Google searches, but then at the eleventh hour, I found Cloudtalk. In direct comparison to the other ones, I found that Cloudtalk was considerably less expensive and had a simpler, easier user interface. I found that there were a lot of fluff features with the others that Cloudtalk didn't have, which I liked because I wasn't forced to pay for options that I didn't need.

The features I really like are:

  • SMS texting
  • Mandatory call tagging
  • Call recordings
  • The customizable admin features

The only criticism that I have is that sometimes it might take a few hours to a day to receive answers; however, I believe that they are getting better at this.
