GLPI(Gestionnaire Libre de Parc Informatique), was born in 2003. It is an open source ITSM software that helps companies managing their IT infrastructure from a unique web-console.
GLPI web-based administration interface allows you to manage any data and IT assets of your company through a comprehensive range of features, such as: multi-entity management, multi-user support, multi-location use, multilingual management, mail notifications, etc.
With this tool, you can create, maintain, manage and track the data and IT asset inventory of your entire company:
- IT asset inventory: PCs and servers, networks, software, smartphones and tablets, printers, consumables, cartridges, etc..
- Data asset inventory: financial information, contracts, budget management, reporting and dashboards, etc.
The solution also provides an ITIL compliant ServiceDesk for ticketing, issue tracking and monitoring, as well as a helpdesk feature for end-users and Technicians.
