Simply use tags to find the perfect resources for a new project and book them in a snap. And when scheduling changes occur, its drag-and-drop system and bulk updates let you manage them seamlessly.

2. Capacity Planning: Teambook's 24-month capacity planning screen provides a snapshot of your resource utilization and project staffing... and lets you track upcoming issues! Maybe it's time to hire new talent, retool some of your existing colleagues ... or maybe push your vendors!While you can use Capacity Planning as a stand-alone tool, you can also easily copy information from Operational Planning to pre-fill your short-term future. Some built-in features will also help you automatically allocate workload to resources, so you can easily simulate expected utilization.

3. Tracking of actual time (Time entry / "time sheet"):Teambook's operational planning can facilitate the completion of time sheets required by your company. Users can simply copy their schedule and modify each record according to the actual time spent and/or manually add timesheets. An approval system allows the scheduler and administrator to control and review the data entered, approve it and download it as a spreadsheet to prepare the hourly billing.
