What does Ooma do ?

Salesforce connectors, phone queuing, and hot desking are all supported by the Pro Plus package. You can upgrade to Pro Plus for an extra $5 per month to get features like call analytics and call blocking. Ooma's Virtual Receptionist lets you to arrange when it will take over your workplace.

Some of Ooma's features

The call recording function on Ooma allows you to record and play back phone calls as required. You may also configure the Virtual Receptionist to route calls to certain departments. Call blocking on Ooma allows you to halt unsolicited calls. For audio conferencing, call recording is also offered, allowing each participant to have a recording of the conference.

Ooma allows participants and hosts to screen share at the same time. There's also a chat function, muting options, and password security.
