Automatic Email Manager is the #1 automation emails tool to process incoming emails and attachments. It exists since 2006.
You don't need external program to work, it connects directly to the email boxes (no need to have outlook), it works with any email provider (O365, Gmail, Exchange, POP, IMAP,...).

- Collect email addresses to a list
- Delete email on server after process
- Copy or move email from inbox to another folder
- Change email state on server, mark as read, important,...
