What We Think 

Even though Capsule CRM may be less well-known than its competitors like Zoho, for example, that doesn't mean it's not a good option. With a large set of features, Capsule is perfectly sufficient for small to medium-sized businesses looking for a quality CRM. However, larger companies looking for all-around robust CRM should probably look elsewhere.
